Three-A-Day of Moving More
In order to help you start moving more in your everyday life, Everyday Active has created the 'three-a-day' approach to becoming more active. If you can start moving more just three times a day, for a couple of minutes at a time, this can start to form the habit of a more active lifestyle.

Being more active around the home is a great way for those who don’t have a lot of free time, and are looking for ways to fit more activity around their daily routine. It can also be ideal if you’re just starting out, to help take those first steps towards a more active, healthy lifestyle and help build your confidence levels. If you are unsure or concerned where to start, don’t worry as there are plenty of ways to ease yourself into it.
Home activities can help increase your general health and fitness, as well as strengthening muscles and bones, and if you’re living with a health condition or recovering from illness or surgery, there are plenty of things you can do to help you get back on track. Please seek medical advice if you’re unsure about exercising with an existing health condition.
