Making everyday active in Sevenoaks

We're currently seeking an Everyday Active Champion for Sevenoaks. If you'd like to help increase awareness of local opportunities and help encourage more people to become active in Sevenoaks, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out to Yasmin via the link. We are fortunate to have 3 parkruns within the district: Swanley parkrun, Lullingstone parkrun and Squerryes Winery parkrun. Bring the whole family and enjoy a walk, jog or run every Saturday morning at 9am. If you don't fancy running, then you can always volunteer and help cheer everyone on!

parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed community events that are open to everyone. There are 24 parkruns and 13 junior parkruns across Kent & Medway.

Knole Park stile free trail

A short walk for all abilities around the stunning Knole Park, known for its stunning 350- strong wild sika and fallow deer herd. It gives you an enjoyable and easy walk around the main paths. Along the route, there will be plenty opportunity to spot the deer as well as being able to access the toilets, a café, and a picnic area.
