CALM Football Sessions

Fancy a kick about and a chat? Every Thursday, head to Canterbury Christ Church Sports Centre for CALM Football sessions, where participants can play some football, and also have the opportunity to receive support for their mental health.

Using football, CALM Football provides people with an outlet to reflect on their mental health and share experiences. Whether it’s been a long week and you need something to focus on, or a conversation with like-minded people, CALM Football can provide the half-time break you need.

Active 10 Walking Routes – Canterbury

Everyday Active have developed 10 walking routes that can be enjoyed from the centre of Kent and Medway’s largest towns. Each route consists of at least one “Active 10”, and – because each one starts from a town centre – is designed to fit around your daily life.
