Kent Wildlife Trust is offering 3 free Wilder Wellbeing sessions in Hothfield Heathfields, Ashford. Sessions will include gentle walks within a small group setting, where you will learn relaxation techniques to experience the benefits of nature to improve and maintain your wellbeing.
A visit to Hothfield Heathlands in Ashford is a visit to one of the last remaining heathlands in Kent. The sessions are free and designed for individuals who may wish to improve their overall physical and mental wellbeing outdoors.
When attending, please bring any refreshments you may want and wear suitable attire for the weather. Booking is essential!
When: Wednesday, 12th, 19th and 26th March 2.00pm to 4.00pm
Where: Cades Road, Hothfield, Ashford TN26 1HD (large car park)
