Join wilder wellbeing where you will go on gentle walks and learn relaxation techniques through connecting with nature to help manage stress and enhance a sense of calm.

Canterbury – West Blean and Thornden Woods

Every Thursday 17 April – 22 May, 2 – 4pm

Thanet – Pegwell Bay Country Park

Everyday Friday 25 April – 30 May, 10.30am – 12.30pm

Attend as many sessions as you would like, however booking is essential.
