Save this itemKent Wildlife Trust are offering FREE 6 week Wilder Wellbeing programmes across Kent. Sessions will include gentle walks where there will be opportunities to learn relaxation techniques to experience the benefits of nature to improve and maintain wellbeing.
Booking is essential.

Wilder Wellbeing: 6 week programme to improve wellbeing. For adults experiencing a lowered wellbeing, living with mental or physical health conditions, or are feeling lonely or isolated. We ask that participants commit to as many as the sessions as possible to experience the full benefits of the programme.
When: Tuesdays, 27 May – 1 July, 10am – 12pm

Wilder Wellbeing: Healthier Habits to stop smoking. Attend as many or as few sessions as you would like. Learn relaxation techniques in nature to help you work towards stopping smoking.

Wilder Wellbeing: Adults who care – NHS staff or carers. For those working in the NHS who are paid or unpaid carers.
When: Wednesdays, 7 May – 11 June, 10am – 12pm
Wilder Wellbeing: for students. These sessions are designed for students over the age of 18. Attend as many or as few sessions as you would like.
