Social Enterprise Kent (SEK) is delighted to provide wellbeing activities for any adult over the age of 55 (or under the age of 55 with complex needs) across Thanet, Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Hythe & Lyminge and Romney Marsh.
There are hundreds of activities taking place across Thanet and South Kent Coast from walking football to tai chi to gardening to coffee mornings, men’s sheds and Latin dancing!
These activities and events are open to anyone over the age of 55, or under 55 with complex needs.
