The Leas parkrun

parkrun is a free, inclusive event for those in the community wanting to take on a challenge and complete one of the 5km (or 2km for junior runners) events that are held weekly all over the world.

The Leas parkrun is the first parkrun on Sheppey, and is held every Saturday at 9am, starting at Sweet Hut on The Leas and taking in a flat route along the seafront.

parkrun offers a completely inclusive experience where everyone is welcome no matter your physical level of fitness, so whether you are walking with a friend while have a catch-up, or if you’re looking to achieve that illusive PB, parkrun is perfect for you.
