For all those that have been diagnosed with a heart or cardiovascular condition, such as pre or post surgery, high cholesterol and blood pressure, who want to improve their health through physical activity.

All are welcome, levels are tailored to suit your individual needs by a specialised instructor. Come and join us!

When: Every Monday, 11.15am – 12.15pm
