Swim for Health

Thursday (term time only) 8 to 9pm at Tonbridge Swimming Pool

Swim For Health is a swimming session for those with low fitness levels, long-term health conditions or disabilities, or those looking to improve their water confidence. Ideal for those who would like advice from a referral qualified helper. Participants may self-refer.

£5.80 each and open to all (carers free of charge).

Swim for Health returns to Tonbridge Pool on Thursday 09 January 2025.

Open to all – participants do not need to be members to attend.
