play_folke

play_folke is a Folkestone based, community focused, fitness inspired space where adults can ditch the gym grind and rediscover the simple joy of movement. Led by an experienced primary school PE teacher, we’re looking to change the game on what fitness should feel like for grown-ups.

Whether you’re coming to hang out with friends or meet new people, our sessions give you a chance to get active, be social, and feel energised – all without any pressure or judgment.

Our sessions are all about creating a feel-good vibe-improving your physical health, boosting mental wellness, and building those social connections that make life more meaningful. Plus, laughter is a guaranteed side effect!

When: Thursdays, 7-8pm

Where: Lower Sports Hall, Folkestone Academy

Cost: Your first play_folke session is always FREE. £15 subscription per calendar month thereafter OR £10 per session pay as you go. Payments can be made via cash or card in person at sessions
