Pegwell Bay’s parkrun offers a gentle 5km route through Pegwell Bay Country Park, part of a national nature reserve, with stunning views of Sandwich and Deal to the west and the cliffs of Ramsgate to the east.
parkrun’s weekly timed 5km run is an ideal way to enjoy this beautiful setting, get some fresh air and meet some fellow local runners of all abilities.
