Where: Rainham Mark Grammar School on Pump Lane.
This class is £5 per person, no need to book pay on the door. Held in the main school hall. In the dark nights classes are disco themed to bring you the party vibes.
This class is medium-high intensity for all fitness levels.
Anything from Afro beats to Soca to Latin all different rhythms to get you pumped. Fun way to burn those calories and to meet a very welcoming group of Participants.
