H20 Swim

H20 swimming teachers have an enthusiastic and enjoyable approach to swimming, ensuring that this is reflected on swimmers and that their lessons are fun all the time they are learning. Water confidence whilst remaining safe in and around water is also a discipline that they follow. Swimming takes place at two schools in Medway: Hilltop School, Frindsbury and Maths School, Maidstone Road, Rochester.

H20 Gym

Gym membership from £12 per month (collected by SO) for unlimited use within gym opening hours. 

  • ​Monday to Friday 5pm to 9pm
  • Saturday to Sunday 8am to 12pm

H20 Fitness Classes

​Tuesday

  • Boxercise 7:00pm – 7:45pm
  • Pilates 7:45pm – 8:30pm

Wednesday

  • Circuits / HIIT 7:00 – 8:00pm

Thursday

  • Bootcamp 7:00 – 8:00pm

Saturdays 

  • Bootcamp 9:30 – 10:30am
