Margate

WHEN: 1.30pm – 3pm on Mondays from 23 September to 11 November 2024

WHERE:  ARK, Cliftonville’s Cultural Space, Albion Road, Cliftonville, Margate, CT9 2HP

These are relaxed and sociable gatherings bringing people together to loosen up, let go and have a laugh.

Groovin’ Well workshops are led by and for people age 50+. Sessions build from simple getting-to-know-you activities through to making a short choreography from participants’ own stories and movements.

The sessions are   – they’re about having fun, loosening up and letting go, celebrating the good stuff of life.
