GOGA Dover: Drums Alive!

Come along and join in the fun, getting active with Your Leisure and GOGA at our fun and inclusive Drums Alive! class.

When: Fridays at 2.00pm, 8 week course

Where: Tides Leisure Centre

Cost: £3 per week or £24 for 8 week block block – 25% January/February Promo when booked and paid for the full 8 weeks online

This fun and interactive Drums Alive! class can be done seated or standing. It is focused on helping anyone regardless of age, ability or disability become a stronger, fitter, more confident version of themselves through rhythm-based drumming movements.

The GOGA in Action project has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to support, promote and improve physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem while developing a variety of opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to be active together.
