GOGA Dover: Dance and Exercise to Music

Come along and join in the fun, getting active with Your Leisure and GOGA at our Dance & Exercise to Music Class.

When: Thursdays at 1.30pm, 8 Week Course

Where: The Riverside Centre, Maison Dieu Gardens, Dover, CT16 1RL

Cost: This course costs £3 per week or £24 for the course

This fun and supportive Dance & Exercise to Music class can be done seated or standing. It is focused on helping anyone regardless of age, ability or disability become a stronger, fitter, more confident version of themselves through fun movement put to a lively soundtrack.

The GOGA in Action project has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to support, promote and improve physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem while developing a variety of opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to be active together.
