FaME (Falls Management Exercise) and Wellbeing Programme (Medway)

FaME is a 20-week programme that consists of both physical activity and wellbeing support from our fully qualified team. You will also be invited to our specialist information sessions and offered a simple physical assessment to help you monitor your progress.
There is no charge for this service to Medway residents. Carers are welcome to join in too.
The programme is suitable for people living with:
• Mobility limitations
• Musculoskeletal conditions (not currently undergoing treatment)
• Fear of falling (or has had a previous fall)
• Osteoarthritis, Osteopenia, Osteoporosis
• Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid arthritis
• Follow-on from Cardiac, Pulmonary, Cancer or Stroke rehab
• Diabetes
• Parkinson’s and other neurological disease
• Sensory impairment
• Low mood
• Sleep Apnoea
• Menopause or peri-menopause symptoms
*Please note participants will be asked to complete a health screening and may require GP referral to participate. We cannot accept any conditions that are currently under investigation.
