Clare is an amazing Zumba instructor delivering Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold and Zumba Kids classes for all abilities.
Zumba Gold is perfect for both active older adults and people wanting to get back or into exercising, with gentle dancing to Latin style music. Focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
Clare’s classes can be done seated or standing, with dancing for 45mins followed by tea or coffee and a chat!
When: Fridays 9:30am-11am
Where: The Shaw Memorial Hall (St Augustine’s Church), Rock Avenue, Gillingham (ME7 5PW)
Cost: No membership needed, just a donation of £3.00 for the session plus donation for teas/coffee please.
