Buggy Buddy

A six week exercise course for mums and babies in Swanley

What: A motivating and thriving class which will work all the areas you need to be strong, fit and thriving mums.  Also creating a community and safe space where you can talk everything nutrition, fitness and motherhood.

When: Wednesdays from 10:15am to 11:00am, with 30 minutes of optional chat and refreshments afterwards.

Where: Swanley, Recreation Ground, BR8 7BU

Eligibility Criteria: To take part, you must have had your 6-8 week GP check cleared and live/work in the District.

Cost: Sessions will cost £3 and this can be paid by cash on the day or BACS in advance. Places are limited to 10 people and are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
