Adapted Bowls Sessions for People Living with Neurological Conditions.

For MS Swale members are affected by MS or other neurological issues.

Based within Swale Indoor Bowls Center (SIBC) in Milton Regis, Sittingbourne

We meet every Friday 11.30 – 1.30 to play indoor bowls using specially adapted wheelchairs, rollators, and walking sticks for those who need them. There is also archery on Saturdays.

Furthermore, members have the opportunity to become full members of SIBC.

We aim to increase our members’ physical activity and social interactions building confidence, fitness, and overall wellness.

We are also available to come and speak to groups or individuals who may benefit from joining us
