Save this itemwHoo Cares is a community interest company created to support individuals on the Hoo Peninsula. We know that everyone is unique and sometimes we all need a bit of extra help which will enable us to manage the challenges we face. Our aims are to reduce social isolation while strengthening communities on the Peninsula and to establish an innovative and creative new model of support for vulnerable people and their carers.
Walk & Talk Sessions
When: Stroll every Thursday from 10.30am.
Meet: Starting at the Hoo church car park, vicarage Lane, Hoo.
Walk & Talk Sessions
When: every Monday and Wednesday morning at 11am, starting at the Grain Beach car park.
Meet: Coastal Park, 55 High St, Isle of Grain, Rochester ME3 0BS.
