Kent County Council offers cycling courses to give people the skills and confidence to cycle more often for leisure and work. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never cycled, or if you’ve not been on a bike for many years, there is a course for you. After taking the course, you should feel far more confident getting out and about on your bike.

Learn to Ride is a fantastic introductory course for adults who have never cycled before.

Confident Road Cycling is aimed at those who can ride a bike, but are looking to gain more confidence so they can head out on the road.

Advanced Cycling is for those who might already ride for leisure, but are looking to acquire more advanced cycling skills in order to start commuting by bike.

KCC also provides courses aimed at children and young people, so you can get the whole family up to speed.
