5k Your Way is a community-based initiative to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends, and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at a local 5k Your Way parkrun event on the last Saturday of every month.
Each of the 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer meet ups in Kent have ambassadors who will meet and greet you at a designated meeting spot. Our ambassadors are your ‘go to’ for each event and will run/walk with some of you if they can. After the walk/run, the ambassadors will gather you together for socialising over a much needed hot drink and cake.
Please note, 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer is a non-medical initiative and our ambassadors cannot take responsibility for providing specialist advice or care. Please see our T&C’s for full details.

Tunbridge Wells parkrun 5k Your Way Group
Where: Dunorlan Park, Pembury Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN2 3QA.
Meeting point: Meet at 8:40 front of the cafe in Dunorlan Park

Where: Great Lines parkrun, Gillingham, ME7 1HF
Meeting Point: Meet at 8.45am at the Gazebo for 9am start.

Malling parkrun 5k Your Way Group
Where: Leybourne Lakes Country park, Malling Road, Larkfield. The postcode for Sat Nav users is ME6 5LB.
Meeting point: 8.45am at the picnic tables opposite the cafe.

Walmer & Deal Seafront parkrun 5k Your Way Group
Where: The Beach, Walmer Deal, Kent, CT14 7HE
Meeting point: Our start and finish line will be the meeting point. This is between the beach and the seafront. The Beach is a road name and the nearest postcode is CT14 7HJ.
