Save this itemCamer Park, near Meopham, offers easy walking through more than 40 acres of mature parkland and woods, listed as an Area of Outstanding Beauty.
The park is known for its wildlife. Recently, special programmes have been set up to encourage several species, including slow worms and common lizards, to breed. Visitors may be fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of the lizards basking in the sunshine. They are totally harmless.The park is a popular place for families walking, playing and relaxing throughout the year and enjoying picnics in the summer and autumn.
