Seated yoga in Minster
Save this itemThis seated yoga class is for all ages and abilities. Breathe, stretch, strengthen and relax with a mostly seated yoga practice. Includes some standing and balancing poses, but always with a chair to hold onto. We do not get up and down off the floor! Beneficial for everyone, especially the senior community, those rehabilitating from illness or surgery, those with weight challenges, office workers and those with arthritis. Come along and get FIT while you SIT!
When: Tuesdays, 9.30 to 10.30am
