One You Walk and Talk
Save this itemWalk and Talk sessions are short, local walks designed to help you to get active, get outdoors and meet new people. They are led by friendly volunteers and usually take from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, leaving from central locations such as your local library or community centre, across East Kent and Swale.
There’s no need to book the walk, just turn up and join in!
Please contact the walk leader directly with any questions you may have via the link above, or contact the Walk and Talk Team directly via email kentchft.walkandtalk@nhs.net or call 07539 243412.
